Jonah Mink, M.D. (2014)

Jonah Mink, M.D.is a family doctor in Tel Aviv, Israel, and he also works in health technology. After graduating from MSIH in 2014, Dr. Mink completed his residency at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. Following his residency, he worked as a Family Medicine physician in private practice in Philadelphia before returning to Israel to practice medicine in 2018.

Since medical school, Dr. Mink has been involved with numerous companies as a clinical advisor or medical director ranging from telemedicine to remote patient monitoring to mobile phone enabled artificial intelligence diagnostics.

Currently, Dr. Mink works as the Medical Director for Healthy.io, an Israeli start up focused on turning the smartphone into a medical device. Before residency, Dr. Mink started the organization Migrant Health:IL with a fellow MSIH Alumnus to improve medical care for refugees, asylum seekers and migrant workers in Tel Aviv.

In 2020, Dr. Mink took on a new role as one of two instructors for the first-year MSIH “Introduction to Global Health” course. This course provides foundational training in global health and is taught alongside basic sciences and body systems.
